Delete your WISPLINGS account

WISPLINGS is made by Vanbridge LLC

From inside the game

1. Open WISPLINGS and tap your profile at the top of the screen to open Settings.
2. Under Account, open Delete my account.
3. If you want, tick Also clear the collection on this phone.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account forever.

It happens right away and can’t be undone.

If you can’t open the game

Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete it within 7 days and write back when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your email, password and sign-in records
• Your cloud save and all of its backups
• Your profile: screen name, icon, friend code, wish and chase pals, collection summary and featured page
• Your friends list, friend requests, battle invites and trade offers
• Your market listings and any Pixel Dust waiting for you from sales
• Your notification settings and our log of what we sent you
• Reports you sent, and reports about you

What stays

• Pals you traded or sold to other players stay in their collections. They’re theirs now.
• If you bought something on the market, the seller’s record of that sale stays, with your account removed from it.
• Anonymous visit counts stay. They were never linked to your account.
• The copy on your phone stays unless you tick “Also clear the collection on this phone”, or clear the app’s data yourself.

Nothing else is kept. There’s no waiting period and no hidden copy.
