WISPLINGS

Terms of Use

Effective October 2, 2026

WISPLINGS is made by Vanbridge LLC. By playing it, on the web or in the app, you agree to these terms. They’re short, and most of it comes down to: be kind, play fair.

1. The game is free

WISPLINGS doesn’t sell anything for real money. Pals, Pixel Dust, chests and everything else you earn are part of the game. They have no real-world value, they can’t be sold or traded for money or anything outside the game, and we may rebalance them as the game changes.

2. Accounts

You can play without an account. If you make one, you need to be 13 or older, the account is just for you, and you’re responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete it any time in Settings.

3. Be kind

Your screen name and trade notes are seen by other players. Keep them friendly. No names or notes that are rude, hateful, sexual, threatening, pretending to be someone else, or that share anyone’s personal info.

If someone breaks this, use Report on their friend card, and Block so they can’t reach you. We read every report. We can rename, hide or remove anything that breaks these rules, and suspend or delete accounts that keep doing it.

4. Trades and the market

Trades and market sales happen between players who choose them. Once one goes through it’s final, so check before you tap. If a trade or sale happened because of a bug or cheating, we may undo it.

5. Play fair

No cheating, bots, scripts, exploiting bugs, messing with other players’ accounts, or attacking or overloading our servers. If you find a bug, tell us at hello@playwisplings.com and we’ll thank you for it.

6. Our stuff, and your videos

The game, its pals, art, music, name and code belong to Vanbridge LLC. You get a personal, non-commercial right to play it. You’re welcome to share screenshots, videos, streams and fan art of the game. Please don’t copy the game, its art or its pals into something else, or sell them.

7. If you got the app from Apple or Google

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iPhone app as well, and Google Play’s terms to the Android app. If anything here conflicts with them, theirs wins for that store. Apple and Google aren’t responsible for the game or for supporting it. We are.

8. Changes, and the game as it is

We’re always working on the game, so things will change. We may add, change or retire features, and we’ll try to give notice in What’s New before anything big goes. The game is provided as it is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, Vanbridge LLC isn’t liable for indirect or incidental losses from using it, like lost progress. We try hard to make sure progress is never lost; that’s what cloud saves and backups are for.

9. The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
